Did They Ride the Hogwarts Express to Get There?

As if I needed another reason to want to befriend the Obamas. Birthdays aren't forgotten in the White House, even when they occur around the time of political travels. The Obamas were in France for the 65th D-Day anniversary, and afterward the Obama ladies stayed behind to sightsee in England. Included in that bit of sightseeing? A tour of the Harry Potter film set, and a birthday party for Sasha in the Grand Hall, hosted by...JK Rowling.

Oh my lord, I am 25 and this is my ideal birthday party. Except with alcohol.

If I hadn't been pro-Obama before now, this would have changed my mind:

"Michelle Obama said in an interview that 'Harry Potter is huge in our house,' and that President Obama often reads aloud from the seven Harry Potter fantasy novels to the daughters."

Any family who reads Harry Potter aloud is my kind of family. And if they need a redhead for the Weasley portion of reading aloud, I humbly volunteer my services.
